Gluten sensitivity, gluten intolerance and celiac disease and the health issues that arise from these is something that affects close to 1 out of 100 Americans. Tina Turbin originaly became interested in this area after going round and round in circles with doctors and test only to be told that there was no “diagnosis” to the symptoms she was experiencing.
Realizing that this was not a well-known area, she started doing her own research and, with the abundance of data available uncovered, realized that she was definitely on to something — gluten intolerance or gluten sensitivity.
Tina now shares this research and the research of others in the hopes that others who suffer this needlessly can finally find some answers.
